• Heating – Set temperature between 23-25°c (During Winter)
• Cooling – Set temperature between 22-24°c (During Summer)
• Dry – This mode eliminates humidity while maintaining the indoor temperature within a practical range, (slow cooling mode)
•  Fan – Fan only (no cooling or heating).
•  Auto – Regulates room temperature depending on thermostat setting and ambient temperature.

We suggest checking and cleaning the filtration system every three months during times when your system is in constant or frequent use.

You should get your air conditioner serviced once a year to ensure the inner componentry operates reliably for long periods of time and your aircon will remain in prime condition.

They have a fan and compressor that make noise when operating, similar to air conditioners.

Due to many electrical components, it is not advised to spray the entire unit with water. You may use a non-abrasive cleaner to clean the front plastic panel. The air filter may be cleaned by removing from the unit and dusting off the debris into the trash can. It is not advised to remove the case of the unit. You may use a can of compressed air or an air compressor to blow out all the debris inside the unit. Once cleaned, make sure there is no debris wedged between the fins on the back of the unit and the unit is completely dry before plugging in.

Defrost mode is normal in reverse cycle air conditioners, especially in winter. When heating, the outdoor unit can build up frost, which reduces efficiency. To fix this, the system temporarily switches to cooling to melt the frost—this is called the defrost cycle.

It usually lasts 15–25 minutes and happens automatically based on outdoor temperature and usage. If the cycle runs too long or the “DF” code stays on, contact us—we’ll assist or lodge a warranty claim if needed
